“This is and Be Fresh are the closest markets to my house, but I pick this shop every time. They always have what I am in search of and the staff are super friendly. The friendliness and non-judgemental attitude is the biggest seller-- although the fact that they also carry my favorite ice cream flavor and serve bibimbap once a week at their deli counter is also a huge plus!”

“I've been a customer for around 15 years. City Avenue is the one dependable place that has everything I need and at a fair price.
It's a busy place, and can be very crowded at times, but they are obviously trying to improve their store to better serve their customers.
Their points system is a pleasant reward, and helps pay for all the goodies I like to have around at Christmas time.
I like to be able to support local businesses, and City Avenue's quality and prices keep me coming back.”

“I don't like cherries so I can't speak to their quality or the multiple bad reviews related to them, but I find the quality generally to be very good, the service is also good, friendly and helpful (unlike the other iin the market "sunlight farms", which is terrible!). Prices are a bit high but best on the island usually and even better than the nearby "no frills" sometimes.”
