General Store-All Mini Storage is a nice and huge storage facility that is organized, very clean, and well-maintained. The facility is described as a no-frills operation with wood-compartment units. It is heated in the winter and has appropriate pest control measures in place. The facility offers a range of unit sizes, with some cheaper units located on a mezzanine up a short flight of stairs and a newly renovated section on the ground floor available for a slight price increase. Units have high ceilings, but shelving must be done by the renter and nothing can be fastened to the walls. A loading dock equipped for all truck trailer sizes, easy unloading, and lots of large flat bed carts are available for customer use. The staff are consistently noted as great, helpful, friendly, easy to work with, and reasonable. They take time to show customers around, explain size differences, and provide awesome service without upselling. The prices are very reasonable, more reasonably priced than most, and are described as terrific. The business operates during regular daytime business hours, including on weekends, without after-hours access, which is seen as a security benefit. CCTV cameras seem adequately sufficient to cover the space. While an isolated negative interaction with a staff member was noted, it was later addressed, and the overall sentiment is highly recommending the facility for its clean, well-kept environment and excellent, reasonably-priced service.
