“I have been going here for band shirts and accessories since I was 17/18 in 1998! Its a pillar of the community for sure. Huge selection great staff and they even have live music sometimes to support the local scene.”

“Helpful and knowledgeable staff is a small but absolutely packed game store, they have all of the highlights and quite a bit of the more obscure games as well. Books galore and even some puzzles. A highlight being that they have alternate covers for some of the D&D books. Be sure to check out this excellent small business and keep local game stores around!”

“Excellent customer service. I went here after seeing that they had some deer charms on clearance on their website. I couldn't find them when browsing the store, and when I asked the staff told me they were put away due to being seasonal Christmas items (it's February for reference). I was expecting to leave the store empty handed, but much to my surprise they happily went through their storage took the charms out for me! All in all a great experience. It's a very cute shop too! They have TONS of adorable charms and beads at reasonable prices, I definitely recommend checking this place out.”

It was a quiet time of day and the owner, Wally himself had a quick chat with me and told me a little bit about the shop - they started back in 1991 which was pretty awesome. Great shop, cool owner. Will definitely drop by again.”

“Had a really positive experience at Michaels. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient. A friend I was with was having issues with her card, and unfortunately it took about 10–15 minutes to get sorted out (not the first time it’s happened). Even as other customers started getting impatient, the cashier remained calm, understanding, and extremely patient the entire time. We ended up having a really nice conversation with her while we waited. Great customer service and a reminder of how much kindness matters.”
