βWe purchased a beautiful dining room table from Portside Interiors two years ago and absolutely adore it. Recently we required some customer service and Gene could not have been more lovely. Truly an incredible store and team.β
βcute little store, I was early for a doctor's appointment and this shop was basically calling out to me (I initially was gonna go grab a coffee but it caught my eye)!
Immediately as I walked in, I instantly had the urge to take pictures. Curated and cohesive, each little whimsical corner was different but worked well in harmony with each other. Very aesthetically pleasing :)
I spoke with Cherry, who is one of the 5 'co-owners', loved learning about how this 'project' came about and just had a lovely convo with her in general. Best wishes for every artist and partner behind this little venture~!

βI ordered branded pillows through Pillow Decor for a corporate event. They were fantastic to work with. Claire was super helpful in helping me decide colors, materials, etc. Her communication was detailed and timely. The pillows turned out great and we will absolutely use Pillow Decor again for future events!β

βI've been a semi regular for the last year and a half or so. Emily the owner is super nice and I always enjoy our chats Staff too, they re nice, engaging and interesting. No complaints about coffee cold beverages or pastries. I already have enough stuff in my home but if I m ever looking for new tchotchkes this will be the first place where I will look My one singe complaint is the hard uncomfortable chairs, especially since my backside is as old as I am and neither of us getting any younger.β

Such a little treasure! The plants are very healthy and the prices are reasonable. Also the owner is very knowledgeable and can always give good advice.β
βSo happy we finally checked out this store. They have so many great products and I can't wait to dry the deodorant, facial cleanser, facial hydrator... Etc. It was our first time at this store and it will not be the last one for sure.β

βIt's a nice store with some cool items you won't find elsewhere. I would be a little cautious though when they go to the back to retrieve your item as when I asked for bath towels, the ones I wanted were out of stock so they brought out and tried to sell me the larger bath sheet size without telling me. They were $40 more per towel and the wrong size. It would have been better if they told me the size I wanted was out of stock and asked if I wanted the larger size instead of ringing me up hoping I wouldn't notice.β

Clive helped us out in store and detailed the customization process, showed and recommended fabric options, and walked through price points. I loved that he was very attentive through the process without putting pressure on to make a decision about purchasing right away.
After going to several stores to look at more sectional options that day (including other known stores that do custom couches), there was really no comparison to the experience at Pallucci. The Pallucci sales experience was superior, the pricing was very reasonable, and I loved that the product was made locally.
I was also pleasantly surprised by how quickly the sectional arrived. The expectation was for it to arrive in 4-6 weeks, but the delivery company called 2 weeks later to schedule a drop off. The delivery people were also great - they ended up having to take the apartment door off to get the sectional in (and put it back on when they left of course), set up the sectional, and took away all the shipping materials.
The couch itself is cozy and comfortable - itβs been perfect for movie nights.

βWas helped by Steven (and a lady who I did not get the name of) who was really helpful with helping me pick a hammock that worked for my camping needs! Got a cute purple and pink camping parachute hammock as well as stickers made by a local artist. The hammocks are made fair trade and well made, which is really nice because I really appreciate brands that pay their workers what they deserve! Will definitely recommend and will come back when I need any more hammock supplies! :)β

βSo happy to finally find tie dye bedding which I was dreaming to find for years and they helped me color match the macrame on my wall so the experience here was totally the best dream come true because I didn't expect to be able to find the right colour. The cobalt worked out perfectly and it was so cool of them to suggest for me to show it to them when I was about to pick the wrong one.. the washing instructions were really helpful too and I'm excited to follow the instructions to get the new duvet cover ready. Such a great welcoming experience for the toy poodle too.β
βI've ordered 2 items from Blu Dot. I had to write even before I get them (next week, it looks like!) because Matthew at the store provided wonderful advice with my online ordering. He helped me decide between two options, sourced more information about them, and smoothed the way for both to be delivered at the same time. I'm picky about customer service, and he certainly earned 5 stars for this store. Looking forward to my new dresser and media unit!β
βI used Fluff for staging a photo shoot, and everything was packaged and ready when we arrived. The loading bay can be a bit tricky to navigate if youβre picking up materials with a trailer. They do offer staging and delivery services, which, after doing it ourselves, seems like the more economical option.β
βCute little shop, great for gifts! Had a lot a different things and lots of art too. Two ladies were helpful on Saturday when we went in right before and after Tea next door. Returned the next day to get a gift and the girl at the till was super nice and wrapped everything for me :)β

βAwesome pottery shop! I made a point of stopping by at Kingsmill because of Tessaramics, but I found pottery from other artists that I really enjoyed and ended up buying. The shop had a really warm and inviting atmosphere and I would definitely visit again!β

βChristie did an amazing job with my antique mirror. The frame had broken and it was securely glued and braced, then there needed to me a wee bit of filler and paint that matched, and there is no telling where that break was. So I'm a happy customer.β
