    Staff are just chatting with customers while leaving others in line waiting for SO long. Only 2 people working. Not worth the wait.

    i met one of mortgage specialist yesterday , little knowledge, I had to remind her of the details and I am not an expert . very very disappointed. RBC needs to Work on training these individuals to at least know what they are doing
