“All CIBC branches are good but this one has my financial advisor working at it so special to me. There was a security guard who was very helpful. Waiting area for appointments if you need to sit down. Lots of parking on street and in two smaller lots adjacent to building. Two automated teller machines. Usually not a long wait for a teller if you want that personal touch. Located at Kingsway and Knight in Vancouver British Columbia.”

Incredibly convenient to access, the skytrain and bus loop are right there. Ample parking downstairs for anyone driving. The inside of the branch was extremely clean and the ac was perfect on a day like today!
I was greeted by Dolly who I remembered from helping me last time I visited. I asked a lot and she was patient, kind, and helpful. Honestly, I really appreciate her genuine and caring attitude while maintaining a level of professionalism.”

“I was having issues with my account yesterday, I visited two different RBC branches looking for assistance, one on Broadway and the other in Kerrisdale. I spent around 2 hours between each bank trying to get answers and resolve the issue and the staff were being very unnecessarily problematic and could not resolve my issue and had no advice as to what I was supposed to do about it and left me locked out of my account with no resolution.
Today I came to this branch and Raymond Chen was extremely helpful and resolved my issue in 10 minutes. Excellent service, very fast and helpful staff at this branch.”
