I needed my knife sharpened and thought I had to leave it over night, but they were able to sharpen my Japanese knife in 10 minutes. The staff are all super friendly and the guy who sharpened my knife did an amazing job! I can cut tomatoes like butter :D Will for sure be back for my next sharpening!
