“In the age of online, instantaneous shopping, good customer service stands out more than ever. I purchased a flipper from here a few months ago, and it broke. I took it back and the product was out of stock so they took my info for a replacement. After a few weeks I checked in and they were able to provide me with an equivalent product, no questions asked! When the product went back in stock they reached out personally to let me know to come check it out. Their care for me as a customer shone through in a way I haven’t really experienced as a consumer before. This felt like a family member taking care of their own. I will be back.”

“Love this store. Great selection of gifts. Been here for Christmas shopping in the last few years. The staff that helped me, Naomi, was super patient with me.
Currently there’s construction in that area, so parking is a bit of a nightmare. Be prepared to walk a distance to get there. They said it should be resolved by next week though.
Side note: if their products are on sale of any sort, they will charge $5 for the small boxes and $10 for the big as someone else mentioned in their review. Their choice of wrapping paper this year (2025) is lacking.”

She was very knowledgeable and supportive when me and my wife initially visited the store (on Terminal Ave.), answering all our questioning and providing pertinent advice. “I needed my knife sharpened and thought I had to leave it over night, but they were able to sharpen my Japanese knife in 10 minutes. The staff are all super friendly and the guy who sharpened my knife did an amazing job! I can cut tomatoes like butter :D Will for sure be back for my next sharpening!”
