? It’s a really Good workout but you have to wear their bulky over-ear headphones while working out and sweating which seems like it’s just asking for an ear infection. ??♀️

Mega Cardio Tuesdays is my favourite part of the week. I always get such a good workout in and I’m slowly starting to see myself improve :) highly recommend!
