“I have been a member at this location for about 4 years and cannot say enough about the customer service that the lovely owner Nisha provides. She is sweet and caring and incredibly helpful. All of the instructors are amazing and each have their own style and approach. I have been to many locations over the years but this one is by far my favourite when it comes to service with a smile. And shout out to my girl Precious for always kicking my butt! You’re all rockstars!”

“This is my new favorite fitness spot in Vancouver! This is a positive, welcoming and fun environment, with the staff just being the sweetest, warmest and most accommodating. The classes you can take here put a fun and sexy spin on fitness, allowing everyone from all fitness levels to build strength, coordination and flexibility. Instructors are great here, with Qassandra, Alex, Dare Deville and Nona being my favourites. Also bonus for climbers, it is the perfect complementary activity to climbing. Allowing you to focus on movement, antagonistic training, mobility and flexibility, and feel yourself a bit too! I strongly recommend getting the 2 week package and trying out different intro classes! It's a great price and very fun!”

“This was my first time at this location and I was warmly welcomed by the front of house staff. I felt really supported having it be my first time here. The place is clean and the layout of the space is very organic and well thought-out. I really like that the front desk warned me that it can be a bit chaotic with the previous class ending and everyone preparing to leave (I was very early for my class so was able to catch the previous class wrapping up). That level of consideration, among a tutorial of how to use their headphones, socks, washrooms, etc, is just really top tier. Customer service is 10/10. I just wish there were showers. :) I’ll be coming again for sure!!”

“In my 20+ years of working out in gyms across the world, Citizen takes the biscuit.Firstly, I never thought I would enjoy a workout class. I was a straight up skeptic, having always been a solo weight-slinger. I was wrong! The workouts are varied, challenging and intentional. The cognitive burden of working out has evaporated. All I have to do is show up.After 6 months, I've seen a huge transformation and feel stronger than ever. That's saying something as I've played sports at a high level for years. The attention to legs, mid-section and core have paid dividends.What makes this gym really special, is the kindness of all the coaches, starting with EJ and Erin. It is contagious and has fostered a really supportive and friendly community. If that's not your thing, you can totally put your head down and workout though.See you in class!”

“You should try GymBox if you haven't already. I've tried different fitness clubs for group classes, ranging from Fitness World to Orange Theory, but the atmosphere at GymBox is unlike any other. People there are down to earth, friendly, and helpful, not to mention, the membership is affordable in comparison to other brands.Coaches are experienced trainers.Coach Tylor Hill is knowledgeable. She rarely repeats any exercise and makes sure that you perform well and that your posture is always in proper form to avoid injuries, which I believe is very important. Her exercises target every muscle group, and you will notice a difference in your shape in just a few weeks.Coach Ali Al-ethawy is enthusiastic and eager to push you to your limits. He attends to the needs of each member of the class and ensures that your level of fitness keeps improving over time. His Athletic Performance class is a killer. He always smiles and has the same upbeat outlook as the other coaches.”

“I booked a private coaching session with Gabe to work on my squat. For years, I was discouraged at the gym because I couldn't make any progress with my squat, and as a last resort, I decide to seek some professional help to see if it could be fixed.During my two sessions Gabe had me working on warming up properly, and he had me perform exercises to fix my stability issues/imbalances among other things. At the end of my second session, Gabe had me squatting more than I ever had in my life. I'm now at a point where I look forward to my upcoming gym sessions so I can continue to squat more; something I used to dread in the past.I Highly recommend Loaded Athletics if you are serious about learning how to lift properly and efficiently. Working with the trainers here is an investment that is well worth it. You will not regret it!”

“Been going for awhile. Good gym, friendly staff and great vibe. Only real complaint is that it would be great if weekend times where the same as weekday times. Or it would be even better if it was open 24hrs. 8am - 8pm makes it’s hard to schedule a workout if you have work or other commitments.”

“This gym is great! Great facility and great CrossFit and Olympic lifting classes, plus mobility and other special coaching sessions. The gym is a combination of a crossfit box, an olympic lifting gym and a a group fitness gym. Classes are great and high energy. Coaches are fantastic and make the WODs really well programmed and fun. WODs are always intense but not overly competitive like some boxes. This gym really is supportive and everyone is encouraged to train hard but safe. Very friendly atmosphere. Can't say enough about this place. Trained at a few other boxes but the great atmosphere at Dynasty keeps me coming back.”

“I've been to over a hundred gyms and this one has become my favorite! It's never too busy, the equipment and the facility are clean and well organized and the trainers and staff in general are all professional and approachable. There's a swimming pool, a pickleball court and separate pilates, cardio and strength training sections with every machine you can think of. Of course there is a women's only section as well as a large studio for group classes. There is a variety of classes and they all look fun and unpretentious. Keep up the amazing work! Johanna helped me with something -- she's awesome!”

“I did a drop in at this gym. Writing this review for any ladies who do Olympic lifting - this gym does have 15kg olympic barbells (Rogue), you just have to go to the office area to ask for it because they don’t leave it out. They also have Eleiko plates and clips. There’s 2 Olympic platforms and 2 deadlifting platforms which is quite little for how busy it is. Other than that this gym is fine.”

“Oh I miss this place! I used to volunteer here and the staffs were so nice and genuine. They taught me how important it is to include everyone despite their race and gender. Optimism filled the house, and my lead, Jess, was a sweet lady. As someone like me who entered the Canadian workplace culture for the 1st time, Jess empathized my position and showd me every detail of the process, making it smooth and comfortable for me to get to do what I should do, even she may seems like serious sometimes. Really appreciate her guidance, and feel pleasure volunteering there.”
