Mavi Jeans provides a great shopping experience in a tidy and spacious store. The staff is super friendly, incredibly helpful, and amazing. The store manager is very helpful and sweet. They offer patient assistance, helping customers try on many pairs to find an ideal fit and offering great recommendations from their great collection, which has good variety. They provide a lovely experience, even staying past closing time to help. The store also offers maternity jeans alteration for jeans purchased from them, with a decent price and a faster-than-expected turnaround. The alteration can slightly change the fit. All sales for altered jeans are final. Overall, it is a good shopping experience with a helpful team.
We went to Mavi at night, Fernanda was an absolute sweetheart and made our experience in the store so lovely. Ended up staying more just because of her, she’s amazing!
