“Went to the Kerrisdale location. The reviews online worried me at first. Sure there was a bit of a line up, but that is to be expected with an appointment/walk-in mix. The intake person was professional and efficient. She answered any questions that I had. The lab technician was personable, and excellent in performing their tasks. I would come back again.”
“The receptionist was very welcoming and quick in helping others. The clinic is clean and very organized. For my holter monitor test Susana was very helpful, she knows how to make a patient to feel at ease with light conversations fill with positivity. People often get nervous at clinics or lab test places but she has the gift of helping others making their experience better. When i did my blood work i explained to the nurse that last time when blood was taken at Victoria Drive location, i could not move and straighten my arm for a month. The nurse understood immediately and used a thinner needle and her technique was precise and gentle so i didn't feel pain this time. I forgot to ask her name as i would want her name to be mentioned here too. Overall the staffs at this location are amazing! I can tell they are good at their jobs”
