My experience of living in Metropolitan Towers has been wonderful: the location is excellent (e.g., 10 min walk to mainland for all the nice restaurants), the management team is very nice and helpful (e.g., I had to reschedule my move-out multiple times and they were super patient for all these back-and-forth), the building itself is always clean and tidy, the community is very friendly and sweet (e.g., I like meeting with all my neighbors' dogs!)

Metropolitan Tower is a great place to live! The building is clean and well-maintained. Masoud is super helpful and made everything easy.

Living here has honestly been a pleasure, I haven’t had a bad experience with the leasing office in the past year that I rented out an apartment here. They were pleasant and accommodating from the moment I came for a tour to a year later. Thank you for the great experience renting with your team!

Awesome buildings and best management ever! I was living here for 3 years and it was the saddest thing for me to leave cause I'm sure I would not find the same kind of management ever 😞 Miss everything there. Wish all people who work there all the best, you are doing an incredible job! ❤️

Metropolitan Towers staff is really lovely and feels like a family. We will miss them. They took really good care of us during our stay and even come to fix things at 3am in the morning! It's very well-run and the people in the building are very friendly. Great for location and very walk and bicycle-friendly. Bonus, lots of cute dogs!

Well-managed, property is well maintained, service requests are handled promptly and competently. The only downside is occasional night-time street noise from Granville entertainment district clubs.

The management are absolutely fantastic. The building is amazing with great amenities. It is also in the ideal location for downtown with lots of great shops/services right at the doorstep.
