“We have always gone the ‘traditional’ route of doing our mortgage directly with our day-day banking institution. This year we decided we should consult with a mortgage specialist who would be agnostic or not tethered to a specific bank and boy are we glad we did that!I always thought my bank offered me the best deal because I was loyal to them for well over 30 years, have excellent credit and am exclusive to them. I was wrong!
