Give you one price then raise it without warning. Lots of fees. (for example a fee for returning modem!!! ).. There are better and cheaper options out there.

I had an unpleasant experience. I got the internet from them and they couldn't give me the speed they said, also they charged me more than the contract. Their customer service is the worst that I have ever seen.

Hi there .Dear who may concern .This is jokes business ....been order the internet been 3 weeks and been waiting the hook up the outlet line and already 3 time lost work and they never showed up and tried call in they kept say "sorry" and try keep make reschedule for appointment but never show .Do you think I still trust your company and last call in again to find out what's happeningFinally I got told they have to wait for Shaw cable to confirm and schedule for them is mean I keep waiting no schedule day to install .Hope this message it send to manager to resolve this business issue ??And now they try to send me the bill don't even have the internet set up .I will write the letter to complain with Costco too . because I have Costco membership and got it from there website .

Been a customer for 3years at the same address , my modem quit working while I was trying to change the password for the kids , after calling , waiting a month I've received no new modem , they continue to charge me for a service they can not provide ...I will be discontinuing to be a customer after this.Also , I will strongly advise people against using the internet provider,Signed up through Costco, got a huge "discount" I guess discounted service is not considered worth fixing?

Phones and wifi don’t work half the time. Terrible customer service and don’t want to compensate when you don’t have a phone for half a month.

I ordered this Internet on August 23, 2023 of course ,but I was told it was supposed to be September 2 connection and then later on the following day September 3 and then when I talk to tech-support September 5 today is September 5 and I did receive it But I am happy about the service. I am getting the service which I requested it 75 download 7.5 upload but when I do my speed test it reads up to 120 - 140 megabits per second but overall I’m getting in each of my computers 89.9 MB overall, I am happy would I recommend this product yes for other people who are upset get a life there are other companies that don’t deliver. For me I do a lot of speed test constant speed test up to now Primus is good.

So far… 4 months new modem (2 parts) it is just pathetic ......1kbps...shame on you Costco....want my money back. any one know how can I proceed with a legal ... ??

I had an extremely frustrating experience with Primus. I initially booked their internet service through Costco because I trusted them. However, despite scheduling a technician to install the service, they never showed up even after two weeks. I had to figure it out myself. Moreover, they never reached out or provided any email or mail bills for three months.Starting at the end of May 2023, my internet became unstable, so I contacted their technician line and submitted a service request online. Unfortunately, they never called back or replied. A week later, I discovered that they had closed my online service ticket without any follow-up, leaving me completely disconnected.After waiting for a long time and making multiple calls over two days, I miraculously got through to someone. However, the representative named Joanna was incredibly rude and impatient. She showed no concern for my issues and didn't even offer an apology or proper service.To add to the disappointment, when I finally received the online PDF bill, it was no surprise that they didn't honor the one-year promotion promised by the sales associate. Instead, they only offered six months. This is not what I was told during the sale.I strongly advise staying away from Primus if you're seeking better service.

We have home internet with Primus and I would highly suggest you avoid them. I work from home -the signal doesn't event reach my office in our tiny 2 bedroom apartment. Cuts in and out daily and today went completely down while I was in an important meeting. After a call they said it might be down for 2 days... I do NOT recommend.

I am completely satisfied with the services of Primus as they have the cheapest plans in comparison to Telus and Shaw. And I would also like to add that I am lucky enough that I got to meet a beautiful lady name Kritika Sharma working in Costco Surrey who helped me to get the internet plan as per my usage and saved my a lot of money. I am so satisfied with her services that I took one more plan from her. So I think we should give a chance to this company if we want to get a good speed internet at affordable prices.
