    After a month of waiting and having to call back, I finally received the equipment only for to find out that they don’t service my area via email! A phone call would’ve been nice.

    Internet issues for a week and tech support keeps blaming it on my power bar not the 4 year old obsolete equipment that is obviously failing almost as bad as their customer service. Will cancel and go with someone else. I highly recommend avoiding this company at all costs
