About Purolator
Purolator is a place bad reputation but people had good experiences. The staff are solid, patient and helpful. They print on demand and will print a label and attach it to a package for free, even without a QR code. A quick drop off for Amazon and a self serve shipping machine ready to use are also available. Rates low and the packaging table and NESPRESSO recyle station help save the planet. Employees put extra effort to ensure packages are received and improve customer service. Front desk staff are nice and smile. Overall service fantastic and staff continue provide help.

They are the worst company they I have ever met in my whole life!!!! they make the same excuses — “address issue” or some random problem — and then expect me to go pick up the package myself from their facility.

The service is bad. They always find an issue with delivery, such as claiming a missing entry code, even though the full address and phone number were provided.

WORST COMPANY! MAY YOU NEVER HAVE A PARCEL DELIVERED HERE OR BY PUROLATOR BECAUSE YOU WILL NEVER SEE IT AGAIN! has happened to me now at least 3 times now and when you call Purolator they say “they can’t do anything because they don’t have authorization to do something”. Save your money and don’t use Purolator...
