“Amit and all of his staff at this location are top-tier. You can expect to be helped in a timely manner if not immediately and everyone is always extremely courteous and helpful. I do not use any other business for overnight shipping because of the impeccable service we receive here. If I could give them a higher score than five star, I would. “Yelkin and staff are incredible !! I am unfamiliar with all the steps and paper work to import goods. I bought a load of furniture for my small hotel and was totally lost in paper work when I arrived back to B.C. I od course did not get all the proper paper work done when I bought everything. Well Yelkin and staff walked me through every thing and saved me money, time and big hassle. I think with out them My container would still be on the dock some where.”

“An employee at this store was very helpful with a DHL shipment I was expecting from Gothenberg, Sweden. I had received notification that I needed to pay import duties but I didn't know how to do it, or where the package was being held. The employee check the system and told me the package was being held at the airport and gave me a contact number for DHL. Once I paid the duties, I returned to pick up the package and though I arrived a few minutes after closing time, the employee opened the door and gave me my package. Now I know the routine.”

“I would give more than 5 stars if I could.I was having trouble converting my file to PDF due to technical difficulties, and the gentlemen at the front desk kindly helped me convert the file at no extra cost. Speaking of cost, printing an A1 poster is half the price compared to Staples. As well, the standard poster paper is a high quality and sturdy matte finish material with great color vibrancy. The bang for the buck is outstanding.While we were fixing the file conversion issue, the gentlemen also took the time to give me a lot of graphic designing and software use advice. Thanks to him, I learned a lot of useful tricks in Photoshop.”

“I've been a regular customer at this UPS store for years and have always had positive experiences picking up packages—the owner is friendly and helpful. This review, however, focuses solely on the passport/visa photo service.
I recently had visa photos taken here, but they were rejected by the consulate because the background appeared blue rather than the required pure white. In the store, the backdrop looked white under the lighting, but the artificial lights gave both the background and my skin tone a noticeable blue cast.
This issue could likely be avoided with a couple of simple changes:
Switching to full-spectrum or daylight-balanced bulbs that render colors more accurately.
Moving the photo station farther from the window to reduce any color influence from natural light.
I hope this feedback helps prevent the same frustration for other customers and is easy for the store to implement. I still recommend the store for shipping and other services.
