Absolutely the stupidest people I have ever met in my life.They can't cash a $100 cheque from ICBC drawn on a Royal bank account.It felt like the twilight zone, the manager is about 2 weeks away from a heart attack and the teller is brain dead.

Just closed my accounts here at this branch after dealing with one of the rudest tellers I’ve ever met in this world. Go somewhere else, poor management, poor service, and ridiculous fees.

This branch is the slowest in the area. Around 20- minutes waiting timeThe service its good and helpfulBut what is really unpleasant is the waiting time to be able to do any type of service because they only have two people to attend to. I have come 3 times in a year and it gets worse each time.

Custumer service was excellent. They took great care of all the customers while I was there. Information and applications were very explanatory. All employees behaved the same.

Absolutely shocking customer service by the tellers. I have never seen anything quite like it. Slow, rude, and incompetent. In addition to making simple tasks seem unbelievably complicated, I have seen and heard them be rude to other customers. Be prepared to wait in line for a good thirty minutes and then receive infuriating customer service.

Been an RBC customer for 20+ years. I've never been treated so rudely at any branch before. Their customer service is abysmal. Will be taking my banking needs somewhere else.
