I once met a guy name Josh and there was a lineup, but he apologized sincerely for the long wait time, which is great customer service! He helped me with all my requests efficiently and even educated me about online banking (which I NEVER knew about). Great services, efficient, and attentive to customers!

Have had nothing but good experiences with this branch. I live in the West End, but my branch is in Montreal, and have not had any problems with this branch, making transfers, money orders, and other banking transactions.
