    Thank god Tony was there to help me out when I fell for a scam. I got lucky because the etransfer didn’t go through and his call to the security team reversed it. Friendly and helpful, no notes.

    Keitius, was the one who assisted me. And he did a great job. I had an issue with online banking, and it took a while to done it but that guy was patient and helped me to the end. Good job man! Recommend him allllll customers in RBC. Matter of fact promote him please.
