Went into YSL about 15 minutes before they closed and was able to purchase the bag that I wanted without feeling rushed at all. The sales associate showed me multiple colours and sizes and was attentive without hovering or being too persistent. I enjoyed the shopping experience and love my purchase.

I shopped here the other day for the first time. The staff are very friendly and I loved the atmosphere with all the displays. Wivian, yes, that’s right with a W :) was awesome to work with and very patient. She wrapped everything so nicely with care. All staff came up and said hello and greeted us! I’ll be back!
