The sales ladies are kind and heartwarming, and they go to the store room to get a new jacket even when the store is nearly closing time. Their extra efforts and exceptional service create a high level of service that satisfies customers. The manager is nice and manages customers and brand value with dedication. Many shoppers will visit again and back again.

    They have a shop clerk called Elena. She always lets me know if they have a sale and she brings out the pieces she thinks would look good on me that are not out on display. I've always liked the brand but I haven't shopped often from Sandro but since I met this person Elena, I love going to the store
