Save-On-Foods is a grocery store that many customers love, with some calling it a lifesaver. The store receives praise for its great shopping experience, knowledgeable staff who help locate items, and excellent selection of snacks for kids. Many highlight the quality of the fresh vegetables and fruits. The store also offers a convenient parking refund. Customer service is often commended, with staff going out of their way to help, such as preparing items specially and assisting with price matching at checkout. However, there are criticisms regarding certain produce, like avocados that fail to ripen, which some feel is a waste of money. Overall, it is described as a nice store with friendly service.

Wanted to give a review for 1 worker at this location who i believe is named Valerie/Valorie. She works the Self check out area frequently. She is always hard working and enthusiastic. Keeps the area flowing smoothly and is always kind and helpful. Her positive energy makes it a pleasant experience.

It's a beast of a grocery store but it has a massive selection of BC wines!
