I've had so much trouble with other pharmacies, especially the big names that all of us would be familiar with. I might just have bad luck with them, but it was a constant stream of issues of missed faxes, scripts, miscommunications, delays, stock issues, etc.
Mednow, however, has been a breath of fresh air. They are easy to stay in touch on their app, and easy to track the progress of your prescription being prepared every step of the way. They even communicate with your doctor on your behalf if there are any issues to be clarified! Regular insurance covers everything, so this hasn't cost me anything extra. This is exactly what healthcare should feel like in 2025.
Please keep doing what you are doing! You've set the gold standard for other providers to follow.”

I had a really positive experience at Pharmasave Howe St. Even though I arrived earlier than my scheduled appointment and they weren’t able to help me at that moment, the staff were incredibly kind, apologetic, and professional. They took the time to explain everything clearly, rescheduled me properly, and even went out of their way to cover my parking as a thoughtful gesture.

“David and his team are the best! My mom recently moved into a nearby senior living facility and needed a new pharmacist. He was so kind and helpful the moment we walked in. The service is excellent and very community-oriented. They really do care about their patients. He took the mess of medications and vitamins my mom had and organized them all into blister packs and created an easy system for me to get everything she needed in one place without me having to travel back and forth into town.
