Can’t say enough good things about the staff here. The person I needed to speak with was away but the manager Daniel stepped in and went above and beyond to explain my finances. What really made today a better day for me was when he and his two other staff helped me restart my car. One staff, Kyle walked a few blocks to another building to grab his car and jump cables, while the other stayed with me to keep company and they all helped restart my car. They absolutely didn’t need to do that and I am so grateful for their kindness today. Very much recommended.

Worst banking experience ever. I deposited my cash there and the machine get jammed, and my money was stuck there and still didn't get into my account. The tall Asian female stuff at the front desk was super arrogant and inpatient when helping my out. As a UBC student, I advise against anyone want to do banking there just because it is closest to UBC. Really just take a bus and go to other branches or banks. This bank should be closed.

It's honestly like ripping teeth out trying to talk to the people on the phone and asking simple questions like "what should I bring to my appointment?"
"Can I double check when my appointment was again?"
Ripping teeth out one by one.

Don't bank here. If you're a UBC student, get on a bus and go a little out of your way to a different bank. Save yourself. This bank will never reply to your emails, when you call customer service they will give you false information and good luck trying to get get a hold of anyone in the branch to help you. It's a great bank when you have no problems, but as soon as you do there are no solutions. I never leave angry reviews, but I'm so upset with this bank.

Worst customer service ever seen in my life.to Sheng Tien, YOU DO NOT ASK a customer to go to another branch to get their own documents given that you do have a better connection to do it YOURSELF instead of asking the customer to do so.I used to work as a banker, your staffs are not professional enough to deal with customers or maybe they think they are working in a university branch so the customers are all poor students so they don't treat them respectively.I came to do a big transaction, yet ZERO professionality and treatment.I am considering closing my account with you and transfer my money to TD. I have seen better treatment there.

I'm very pleased with the service I got today....when the representative I expected to deal with wasn't available, he arranged for his manager to meet with me ahead of time. I really appreciated that they made sure I was taken good care of!

One of the representatives really needs to be more professional. They didn't seem serious at all, acting like an immature undergrad, when I was there to resolve an urgent issue. I am very unhappy with my experience here at this branch. The manager really needs to educate their staff better, and the particular representative needs to learn that their attitude is very unprofessional and irritating. There are ways in which you can be both friendly and professional, but this one lacks professionalism.
