Shell bathroom was broken per service person (9-16-2025 about 7:30pm) and closed to customers. Service person joked he would charge me for a receipt after requiring me to stand alone waiting for his attention and texting. Then he slowly provided a receipt. This is my favorite gas station. Even though sometimes their washrooms are never in order they always have the best candy/snacks and drinks. Sometimes when I pay for my snacks and I’m off by a few change and they always got me covered

not a place to go for a late night snack, closes and locks the doors around 10:30 even on weekends and while the lot is still full of cars, then the cashier proceeds to be down right rude when you ask for anything at the window. Get some employees that aren’t avoiding work at all costs.
