Had a very pleasant experience with Arham, super chill guy, very helpful. We communicated very well. He did address the problem and even provided additional help.

Unfortunately the ATM machines are only accessible during bank hours, which is different from other locations! Very inconvenient for users especially the ones that can only withdraw money when they’re off work!

I see others have shared their concerns about the early closing of the ATMs here as well. I wish they could do something about it as it's very inconvenient for the ATMs to be closed to early.
