He really kept my best interests as a priority and, as someone without a deep knowledge of banking, I appreciated the professional yet non-condescending manner in which everything was explained to me.

Absolutely bad service, make me waste my afternoon just because of their unwell trained manager & staffs there due to not accepting my bank drafts under my name deposit to my business account- turn out I verified at another brand and they did it for me.
Never do business at this location
They need to re-training ??????

I like coming to this TD branch and have been doing banking here for over 10 years. But I had a meeting the financial advisor David Feng last week and wow was he rude. :/ He was angrily frowning, dismissive, condescending and acting like I made mistakes for asking a question. the whole meeting was unbearable. Didn’t introduce himself no hello thank you please, “you got an Id”? I feel like I got stopped by a traffic officer for violating the speeding limit. I told him if he didn’t feel like helping me that day I’m happy to meet with another advisor. He didn’t say anything but started typing on that poor keyboard dramatically loud and mad. Look, I don’t need a financial advisor to go out of their way to be kind or nice they don’t even need to smile or have excellent manners but he didn't have to extremely rude the first time meeting a client.
I’d still recommend doing banking at this TD though!!
because the tellers were always really helpful and nice. :) A week ago, Miss Sze helped me with a few basic banking tasks and she was so polite, professional, and efficient! She didn’t have to be so kind but she certainly made my day!

These five stars strictly belong to the branch manager, Stephanie. As a TD client for over 30 years, never has any staff gone to the extent Stephanie did to help me with my account, especially since it was only the first time we have met. Truly customer service at it's best. Otherwise, TD has gone downhill and has stopped valuing loyal customers years ago.

It’s Freezing Monday morning, Branch is posted opens at 9:00am, still not opening. So bad morning experience with this branch, no staff even coming in to acknowledge us outside lining up since @9:00am. It’s almost 10am.Please address this issue for a better service, thank you

TD is severely unorganized. I’ve had issues on my card and they ask me to visit a branch and when I do all they do is give me phone numbers to call which is inconveniencing cause why ask me to visit the branch? Then on top of that the wait times over the phone are absolutely insane 1.5 hours plus of wait times and still will not get any update and i’ve been dealing with this for a week now and still no proper help has been offered. Would not recommend.

I had the misfortune of having Nelson Chiu as an advisor. He was able to provide advice on moving TD waterhouse monies to personal accounts, but was not able to conduct the transaction. I sent an Email message and left 2 voice messages. It's been 3 days and no reply to my time sensitive request. Nelson Chiu has forgotten that it is my $$$ in the bank.... He is supposed to provide a service. My 2022 New Years resolution is to move all my money out of TD. This is unfortunate as I have banked there for over 30 years, and the workers there have no clue on customer service. I miss Rebecca who was my financial advisor and was very helpful!
