Worst customer service I have experienced at ups. They need new staff Victor was terrible to deal with the moment I walked in the store. On another note they were having difficulty finding a packing for the customer ahead of me in line :/

A lot of bad reviews. I went today and the gentleman there was quite polite. Told me to take a photo of the prepaid UPS labels. Can’t really ask for much more.
