“I deliver frozen dinners to seniors for a company called Heart to Home Meals. The other day as I stopped at a location the driver's side front tire blew out. I still had dinners to deliver and although I was driving a refrigerated van I was concerned about dinners thawing. I was able to limp the van to OK tires on West 3rd Avenue in Vancouver. I told them my situation, and although they were busy they took the time to look at the van, their technician found a tool kit under the driver seat (I didn't know there was one) and was able to lower the spare tire from under the van. They changed the tire for me and I was on my way within 15 minutes. I cannot express just how helpful, understanding and efficient they were. I, and my boss were extremely thankful and we can only say that their service was above and beyond anything we expected. Thank you very much.
