Chad was very knowledgeable with over 30 years of experience in car safety. Not only did he install our seat, he also walked me through how to install the infant seat safely and best practices associated with the infant harness.”

“Rushing to find a gift for my two yr old grandson, came across the Camelot Kids website put in an order before going to bed. In the morning read that the order was ready to be picked up. I live in Maple Ridge and the store location is an hour's drive away. I phoned and spoke to the owner and explained that it might take me a few days before pick-up due to the fact I battle Parkinson's and would have to work out a ride. He assured me the order would be waiting. We hung up and minutes later he phoned back and suggest I cancel the order and re-order adding shipping. That is what I call exceeding expectations and that kind of response creates within me an attitude of gratitude. Highly recommend you check this store out! I know that I will keep going back. Paul”

“Easily the store with the most complete selection in town and extremely knowledgeable staff.The low reviews all target the high prices and don't do the store any justice. Keep in mind that this is a local store in West Vancouver with very real costs: (1) ever-increasing rent in the highest cost of living city in Canada and (2) import fees. Staff were very friendly. I stayed for a good 1.5 hours before buying anything and they didn't give me any attitude.Give them a chance, and you'll be positively surprised. Will definitely come back in the near future.”
“I’ve been coming here and this place have one of the cheapest prices for collectibles, Funko pop, model kits, etc. Easily one of my favourite stores in Vancouver. Selection can be small for certain items but you can always ask the owner about what you are looking for. Owner is super friendly too. They also do price match (some conditions apply).Thank you for keeping it affordable :)”
