Over the few days it took to finalize everything, every time we walked in we were greeted warmly and made to feel like part of the team. That level of care really stood out.
Even the financing process was smooth and surprisingly stress free. Everyone was kind and transparent.
The only small caveat was the process of being escorted to obtain the bank drafts, it felt a little awkward and was slightly challenging with two busy schedules. That said, it was manageable and did not take away from the overall positive experience.

That intensified for us as we began to understand more about the current market for used vehicles -- if it was tough as a buyer before, it's become even more difficult since the pandemic distorted the market.
