Marcy helped answer my questions about products (label gun and labels) that I needed for my new business. She was friendly and knowledgeable. It was also amazing that there was a promo on the rolls of label with a purchase of the label gun!
When I picked up the order, I was driving from Surrey to Eddie's during rush hour traffic on a Tuesday. I made it with a couple minutes to spare, but a couple staff members told me they just closed. I explained I was trying to pick up a prepaid order. One kind gentleman confirmed the order and the other went back into the building to grab it as other employees with exiting.
