“I almost don't want to write this review and keep this place all to myself, but I have to give them the recognition they deserve! I used to come here growing up but haven't visited since I left the area. But I stopped by today on a whim and had one of the best second-hand shopping experiences I've ever had... I found 6 pairs of shoes & boots all worth over 5K new together, for $600. And they were all in like new condition! The staff was super helpful and kind. Thank you so much for my shoe closet re-haul :)”
“I’ve been shopping on and off at Nettle’s Tale for years and their business practices, in store experience, and continued commitment to size inclusivity makes them a 10/10 for me. Their staff both in store and via email are kind, genuine, and knowledgeable. When they say size inclusive they really mean it in every part of their products. I love how they have other Canadian brands in their Gastown location making shopping local really easy! I love their seasonal drops of clothing and it’s all quality pieces, I have stuff I still keep in rotation that I bought years ago! My recent experience looking for a specific colour of a jacket they had was made so easy by their lovely customer service team. Highly recommend checking out their brick and mortar location but their online presence is just as great!”

“I’m not sure if I’m spelling her name right but there’s an associate named Burcu who works here and she is SO sweet!! ?? This was at The Latest Scoop in CF Centre Vancouver. It was super last minute and it was my birthday. I was desperately looking for a birthday dress and found the perfect one but they didn’t have my size. Burcu figured something out and found a way to get my size and helped me finalize the dress. She went above and beyond. Her service was so professional and genuinely sweet. “I came to look for a dress for my niece’s grad and the only criteria was POCKETS. There were plenty of dresses I liked and at least half of them had pockets! I saw a lot of other cute tops and skirts too. I’ll have to come back for that later. Great prices and I got a stamp card for a future discount. I ended up with two dresses and I’m super excited to amp up my summer dress collection with this place. Highly recommend checking it out and truly the best prices.”

I first came to Bisou Bridal with my sister in 2018 when she was searching for her wedding dress, and the owner and her team were truly incredible. From start to finish, everything was seamless. The entire team made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the process. It never felt rushed or transactional. Instead, it felt genuinely collaborative, with everyone taking the time to listen, offer thoughtful guidance, and make sure I was fully happy every step of the way. The stylists were attentive and knowledgeable, and the alterations team went above and beyond.
They helped me completely transform a dress originally intended for an easy Hawaii wedding into something perfect for a Vancouver garden wedding. The result exceeded every expectation.
