“I just got stuck in the change room for half an hour cause my shirt (rip) got super stuck in one of their zip-up skirts— and I tried to get it out myself for a bit until I admitted defeat and asked for help.At least three people came to help me get my shirt out, but managed to get it slightly out enough to snip out the end of my shirt— honestly, I was fine with that bit since it's easy to sew back-up/cover it up with bottoms.Anywho, they were really patient with my struggle, and we even laughed about it since it's a rather odd situation anyone can get themselves in. Thank you all who helped me out!”

“Old Navy sells stylish clothes of reasonable quality at great prices. It's a little frustrating that prices vary so much between store and online shopping (cheaper by far). Parking is fair, too many Amblesude Beach walkers clogging up the parking lots at South Park Royal. Something needs to be done about this, especially on sunny weekends. The staff at Old Navy are incredibly helpful and kind. Love this store!”

“My friend was going to Marilyn’s to pick up an outfit and asked me to tag along. I was pleasantly surprised at how reasonable the clothing and accessories were as I had heard the store was extremely expensive and I assumed that anything in the store would be out of my price range. We were greeted by Marilyn and Karen who immediately went out of their way to make us feel relaxed and at home which only made the shopping experience so much better than expected. They spent time chatting with us to get to know our tastes and preferences and their kind suggestions were spot on!! Mia is extremely knowledgable about fashion and inventory and her suggestions were so appreciated . She is the most engaging and intuitive lady who made us feel so welcome, comfortable and gave us that coming home feeling. There are gorgeous high end items and also less expensive items so this is a place for everyone. I would highly recommend Marilyn’s for every day or special events. They make you feel so welcome that even if you are having a bad day, stop in for a visit and you will leave feeling so much better.”

“I do like browsing here though I'm more interested in the home stuff more than the clothing. I finally bought something here and also signed up as a member. You get discount on your birthday month and special promo for members only. The service is great! Friendly staff. So I found out the website prices are different from the shop. Different sales promos too. Despite an option to pick up items from store on the website, this is not in place yet. Confirmed by the store staff. Separately the online staff replied to my query about the different prices and promos that they are separate entities and will not honor store/online prices etc. Not sure how they work but it is disappointing to know. There is also import tax when I tried the online shopping option. So shop locally here. This is the only store in greater vancouver now that the one on Granville in Vancouver has closed permanently. The staff also told me it's best to buy it if you see something you like as they carry less inventory and wider variety now. So the changeover in products is much faster. Great for those who like to see new things all the time.”
