I was told that my cell bill would not go up that I could get a new phone and now when the dust settles I actually have to pay $40 more for my phone and even though it takes away from my food and my way of living. Bell has given me no choice, they also advised me that because they don't have direct pay that my bills going up $10... I don't think Belle should have the ability to automatically charge you if you don't have autopay. After this month my phone bill will go up. My phone will get cut off and they told me I need to bring my phone back which is a joke cuz they're 50 miles away. So what I've walked away with learning is don't trust any cell phone agent standing in Walmart representing Bell. They will say whatever it takes for you to sign that piece of paper and in the end your bill will go up and Bell won't care at all”
