“Thank you Conrad for answering all my questions and for your patience and time while selecting a piece of furniture in the Vernon store. It was a pleasure to deal with you and I will be back in the future.”
“Absolutely beautiful furniture...just got our new leather recliner and it is so nice and looks great in our home. Thank u to Jon for the excellent service super happy all around”
“I drove in from Kamloops to pick up on a Monday. Confirmed the pick up via AI and text response. Only to find out they don't have pick up Monday or Tuesday. Lucky for me they had someone in their warehouse that could help me out. Service was good, but poor execution for incorrect pick up info based online. They need to ensure that AI cannot confirm a booking on days they are closed at the warehouse.”
“Shout out to the great service Mike provided! He helped me pick out the perfect pillow, and now my shoulder doesn’t hurt when I awaken. Thanks Mike. Job well done.”

“My favorite store ever! The staff and the quality of their products are second to none - we have purchased 2 couches and some other furniture and home decor over the past couple of months and could not be happier with our purchases - The quality is exceptional and the staff is soo helpful - thank you especially to Hannah, Karen and Sandra - you guys are amazing! We will continue to shop at your store whenever we need something to enhance our home - I wouldn't go anywhere else!! You are the best!! 10 out of 5 stars (if we could)!”
