Pet Planet is a great store with super friendly and helpful staff. The employees are always nice, informative, and give great recommendations. They offer a large variety of items, including awesome chew items, raw foods for dogs, and products for cats and dogs. The service is highly recommended, with staff providing helpful samples and making customers feel welcome. Prices are decent. While it is a good store for cat and dog needs, some wish it had more for other pets like hamsters and birds. Their charitable events are loved, though the dog wash water pressure and soap dispensary could be improved. Overall, it is a highly recommended place for any pet owner.

Amazing staff. Have had Justine groom our dog now for 4 years after a very bad experience with a different groomer. She took our very nervous dog and our dog just loves her!

Knowledgeable and helpful staff, providing excellent recommendations, and are so loving and welcoming to my dog. He LOVES Pet Planet , and I love seeing his joy. You can tell they truly love dogs. Thank you for making our day and being awesome!

It's so easy to bathe my dog myself. Really, it's not expensive to do yourself. They supply shampoo, conditioners, towels n a blow dryer.
There is a ramp for your pet to climb up. I love that the tub is u, so I don't have to bend.
The staff there seem friendly, polite n helpfull
