“Kimberley at the Petland in Vernon did a super job helping us stop the bleeding from a cut foot on our blue pacific parrotlet Bubbles. She taught us how to handle, clean and disinfect the wound and how to stop the bleeding. Also provided some advice on food alternatives and toys for our bird. We were very grateful for her help on a Sunday.”
“I cannot describe the absolute delight I am feeling right now. I called this specific shop while being from out of town and ordered a gift basket to be delivered for a special acquaintance in Vernon. Lynn blew me away with her exceptional service, their self initiative, her thoughtfulness and grace towards my unique request for a delivery basket. Not only did she ask all the right questions, but she gave me great comfort they would take care of all the little details. My partner heard myself and the store employee Lynn speaking on the phone, and he laughed at us saying that we sounded like two of the nicest people in the world, and that we together sounded like long time friends giggling at a highschool reunion. Next time I’m in Vernon, I will make sure to stop in and thank her personally.”
