“I had an amazing experience at Pet Planet in Vernon with Sav grooming my dog, Molly. Sav showed so much love, patience, and care throughout the entire appointment. Knowing that Molly’s first grooming experience hadn’t gone well, Sav took the time to work at Molly’s pace and made sure she was comfortable every step of the way.
When I arrived to pick her up, Molly was wagging her tail and genuinely happy — which says everything. I’m so grateful for the care Sav gave her, and I’ve already booked Molly’s next appointment. Highly recommend. ??”

“I like that they have fresh grown cat grass . I don't like that they are a chain but appreciate that it is owned locally. Most items are overpriced but of higher quality. Staff are always amazing and kind. They are super helpful. They are the stars in this review. I hope the owner holds onto them like gold! I really dislike chains though they tend to treat franchise owners and workers not so good.”
“Super cute store! Came here for the first time and they had a sale going on, the girl who helped us was super nice and knowledgeable about what they were selling. Came to look and ended up with a bunch of goodies. Super reasonably priced also.”

“I regularly pick up my animal products here, and have been for several years. Since this year they seemed to hired on a new girl. On two separate occasions, I’ve witnessed the girl interacting with customers and children above and beyond and so positively. Approximately a month ago, I watched her pretend to pull a bird feather out from behind a young child ear. I was in again today and witnessed her joking with a young child again, and allowing one of their parrots to climb on the child’s head, as she joked that the child was getting her hair done at a “bird salon” I’ve gone to other stores and have yet to see such positive interaction between staff and customers. Watching the little girl go back to say goodbye to the staff member warmed my heart. I do not leave reviews but felt this needed to be said. Keep this staff member at all costs. You do not find workers like this often to walk into a store and feel a persons warmth is a great feeling.”
