“I just finished buying my second pair of Blundstones and Joanne was incredibly helpful. I really didn't know too much about the product and have an old injury from endurance running. She spent a lot of time educating me about the different boots, how to use soles to make them fit better, and we found a model that had a higher rise that fit my foot beautifully and looked great. She also gave me great tips on how to clean up my old pair so I could maximize whatever life is left. Thanks Joanne, I am looking forward to taking these out on the trails and they will look great in the office too!!”

“I went to Mark's Work Warehouse to find a specific women's high vis vest but could not find one in my size. So I went to the cash registers and asked the lady yo scan the tag with the hopes of them having 1 in my size (2xl). She called another associate (named Csmeron), and he came to check what they had in stock....it showed that they had 1. So Cameron searched the ENTIRE store (including in the back and the fitting rooms)....if you haven't been to their store lately, it has DOUBLED IN SIZE!! After waiting a few minutes and dreading the thought of having to go search in Kelowna, Cameron came out of the stockroom with that 1 high vis vest I was looking for. I am 1 happy customer and so thankful that Cameron and the cashier went above and beyond to help me find the exact item I was looking for!! Thank you both for your due diligence!!!”
