to welcome people into the store, mention he was helping someone else but if they had questions he'd be with them asap etc. was such a nice display of care and customer service we so rarely see these days. “I was headed out for a New Year’s Eve snowshoe to Sovereign Lake, just below Silver Star ski resort. I discovered my old Merrell snowshoeing hikers were cracked and no longer waterproof. So I stopped in at Valhalla Outfitters in Vernon on my way to Sovereign. Not only did Valhalla Vernon hook me up with a great new pair of Oboz winter hikers, but they also honoured a competitor’s sale price! Kudos to Valhalla Vernon, I highly recommend them and will definitely be back!”
