Unbelievable customer service! Their design team was an absolute treat to work with, being so patient with multiple updates and changes before placing our order. The shoes themselves are brilliant, extremely high quality. Couldn't recommend this business more highly.

Large dark-skinned lady was downright rude to us when we inquired about sneakers this morning. Very pleasant to other customers, but made us feel totally unwelcome. She is clearly unsuitable to work in customer service, especially in a beautiful city that attracts an abundant amount of tourists annually.
