Plus, it's all made by children in sweatshops in third world countries, so if you can forget about that then it's super cheap as well! From the moment I entered the store , I received a warm welcome. On top of that she checked on me ever now and then if i was finding everything easily. I absolutely hate shopping and this young lady took out time to look at my dress and suggest footwear that would go with it. She also called other stores to figure out if they have my shoe size and also offered to order online.Not only that, she was very patient and heard everything so attentively.Her customer service was actual customer service and not a robotic monotonous menial one!I promise from now on I wont even try other stores. “First time buying online from this store because 1) I wanted to support local Canadian businesses and 2) They were selling these boots with a specific style that I really loved at a reasonable price. Shipment was smooth (it didn't take too long for the boots to get to Montreal!) and the boots were in perfect condition and looked exactly as online. I really appreciate the personal touch they add to their packaging with a thank you note for shopping local, it's very nice. I would definitely shop again!”

I didn’t end up buying anything but I just had such a lovely experience I wanted to make sure I shared! I believe her name was Lucy, she was so nice & helpful trying her best to help me find exactly what I needed, was very personable, and made it such a pleasant shopping experience.
