Quickly dealt with a blown rear shock and yesterday had issues with electronic shifting and not only did they fix it on the fly, the mechanic actually showed me what was going on down there which is super helpful and no charge- that's superb customer service and that makes all the difference to me. Thanks to all the staff at Trek Store- sorry I didn't get your names!”

“We rented e-bikes for 3 days. The Specialized bikes were great and came outfitted with a removable battery, bike lock, bike tote that locked in place on the rack and helmet.
Everything was like new and customer service was top notch.
The online reservation process was smooth and we appreciated the integration of direct messages with our reservation which made contacting the shop very easy.”
