This particular branch is consistently understaffed with inefficient and untimely service. I do not feel like a valued customer.I believe some of the staff are doing their best and some of the tellers are quite kind but something has to change to make banking here a more smooth process.

I have not been to Coast Capital since they closed my hone branch. Not sure why I'm being asked to review a bank machine?
