“Wow - Imagine a financial institution that is able to book an appointment within a day for a new client. In this case to open business banking. Then imagine the person - in this case Vhar is intelligent, very helpful on items that need to get done. Proactive at every part of the interaction so as to not waste time. Imagine how I'm going to view banking with this institution for all my needs in future. This is such a great representation of excellent service in a world of non-service. Take note TD, Scotia you're not doing enough for your clients. If people were smarter they would move over to the credit union side of things.
