“Triple Spiral has been here for a long time and for a darn good reason. You can find everything you need for your spiritual practice and then some. The staff is friendly and knowledgable, and the owner Phylis is as real and down to earth as anyone could be. You can trust her expertise and honesty in all matters revolving around this business.”

“This is the kind of store that makes you understand why people like shopping. You will go in looking for a cheap replacement umbrella but come out with a new understanding of the benefits of a good one - and probably a new umbrella that will last for years to come. They do also sell the cheap ones, though, so if you’re not up for an umbrella investment you can still stay dry for the time being.”

“This is a great Shop. It's well-curated with a variety of local crafts, good for browsing or finding that special gift. The staff were attentive, knowledgeable, and friendly. Decent store hours but could stay open longer for those who work late. Check it out!”

“Great boutique chalk full of great things for people and pets. Beautiful jewellery! Lots of sterling silver rings and pendants. Loads of fun stuff for cats and dogs; toys, treats, coats, harnesses, leashes. Many things made by local artists like soap, jewelry, pottery and art work. This store is definitely worth a visit!! Added bonus that every sale benefits animals as the proceeds go to Broken promises rescue ??‍?!”

“I really enjoyed this place. The staff were very kind and there was a diverse selection of cards available. My mother, who visited Victoria from abroad for the first time was very happy.”

“I shopped here earlier today and it was an overall wonderful experience! Their selection of locally produced ceramics, glasswork, metalwork, jewelry, stationary & other artsy finds is very good. My partner and I ended up chatting with the ladies running the store for a good half hour and eventually left with 7 items to cross off my Christmas list! We will definitely be back ☺️ ?”

“Opulent, traditional, elegant and oh-so-British. The Fairmont brand of hotels is synonymous with luxury and this hotel is no exception. The store at the Fairmont is not to be missed and neither is afternoon tea.”

“Nice gift shop in a tourist area. It is jam packed with all sorts of interesting things with Victoria printed on them. It’s clean and easily accessible from the wharf promenade. It’s a tourist trap but nicely organized and presentable. There is paid parking nearby and public washrooms in the same building.”

“This place is the best because of how accommodating their customer service was. They helped me even when they were not supposed to and that is what customer service should be like. I don’t know the names of the people who helped me but it was on July 24 at about 9:55pm.”

“I’m a young student and went here today to buy a fountain pen. I bought one this summer in NYC and when asking about where I could get another or buy supplies for them in Canada the store recommended this place. It was great, the two men at the store were so friendly, and provided great recommendations within my budget. They were so kind and it was lovely chatting with them. 10/10 recommend for anyone getting into fountain pens or for their other products.”

“You walk into a nice cozy environment, with friendly and knowledgeable staff. It can get very busy whenever a cruise ship is leaving so be sure to get there early or be prepared to face the crowds. That being said the cashiers are speedy so you'll never be in line for very long.”
