“I am so pleased with the service at Prestige! I brought a special canvas print here to be framed and not only did they do an excellent job, they even took the time to research how the particular Indigenous art style is intended to be framed. Thank you Prestige team :)”
“We were having trouble keeping water in the fountain. After walking us through a few options the owner, Bo, and lovely wife came to our home to see what they could do to help. Thanks to his help and a few follow up ideas our fountain is running beautifully! We love supporting local!”
“Been a fan since the early days - definitely encourage you to check out ALL the smells and ALL the products. Always in love with honey tobacco and recently in love with the face oil!”
“Joseph was great to work with in the showroom and quick to respond to questions over email. The installation went well, Erkan and his crew were efficient and knowledgeable. This was a small job with flooring (kitchen/entrance sheet vinyl and bedroom carpet) they had in stock at a great price!”
“Love coming to this store while downtown. They have a wide variety of house and home, with many great gift-able options. I never leave empty handed and love supporting this local business.”
“The cutest tank tops with flattering sillouhettes! Khush and Marina did so well in helping by offering different styles and colors. Clothing also has more behind it, everything is repurposed. In love.”
“How long has it been since you walked into a clothing store and were greeted by name? I haven't been into this wonderful shop in months, and yet Janice remembered me! She remembered my style, too, and had all sorts of suggestions to make about the myriad of new spring and summer pieces that had come in. It's never rushed here. You can take your time, have help when you want it, or be left to quietly browse on your own. What with the Italian linen, the Canadian bamboo fibre clothing, and lots in between, it's the perfect place to shop for women's clothes, both casual and business. But you have to get there early in the season! Their styles sell out really quickly. Ask Janice - she knows!”
“I really enjoyed this place. The staff were very kind and there was a diverse selection of cards available. My mother, who visited Victoria from abroad for the first time was very happy.”

“My new husband and I determined that we would start our marriage off right with a new duvet. As we walked into the store, we were greeted by a cheerful and professional sales associate. While my husband had done a lot of research, we were still very impressed with the level of expertise and service we received, taking into consideration our sleep temperatures and preferences, and even where we may be living long term in terms of climate. While we hadn't thought too in depth about the duvet cover, we were also guided thoughtfully through that choice as well. It has been several months, and there isn't a night that goes by that we don't appreciate our comfortable, high quality, luxurious new bedding!”
“I am beyond excited I visited Moe's Home Victoria for my home furnishing needs, and I highly recommend them for paintings, bedroom, dining, and decor furniture pieces all in one place. I have visited many local home furnishing stores locally, and the service, attention to detail, quality, and selection was the best at this store. The owner and staff are incredibly helpful, made the process easy, enjoyable, and truly went above and beyond in many ways, including design recommendations, carefully packaging pieces, and even helped me load items into my vehicle with care and thoughtfulness. I felt incredibly cared for by people, not sales staff, and they are geniunely excited about helping people furnish and create beautiful homes. I highly recommend Moe's Home Victoria for their quality, prices, and taking the time to help carefully select the right pieces all in one place. The quality and variety of items at this store is excellent. They helped save me time, money, and made the process very enjoyable! Thank you so much for caring for your customers. This is a top notch local business offering excellent customer service, high quality furniture, and thoughtfulness! Thank you so much for helping me! I don't typically write reviews unless I as the customer feel exceptionally well taken care of. I will continue to support this local business, and 100% recommend!”

“Wow. Incredible, efficient, kind service.
I did a bathroom reno in 2014 and had great service from Scott, and then this past month I returned for our next reno and dealt with Samaa and I was blown away with how amazing she was at her job. Thorough, listened, and really HEARD my concerns and worries with finish, style and pricing. Samaa put together some beautiful ideas and presented them to me patiently while I made my decision. Later on when I realized I needed a gold toilet handle to match my gold finishes she sent info and pictures on each one to match the fixtures I bought. Have already recommended K &BC and specifically Samaa to 2 other friends recently. Well done. Keep it up!”

She treats everyone was such great respect and is interested in their story and it's always eager to help. If you're looking for something unique, for yourself or for someone special, you will definitely find it in this store. I recommend it highly to everyone.”
“Urban Barn Victoria is the best furniture store with better value, better service and a return policy which stores such as The Brick and Leons do not offer! Their furniture is contemporary and solidly built. Their delivery and set up options are fairly priced, providing convenience and expertise. Love their furniture!”
“Rebecca gave us an exceptional service! She’s a very polite, professional and knowledgeable young person. We’re very happy with our purchase and we will definitely be back.”

“This is the second time I’ve ordered a replacement lampshade from the Victoria Lampshade Shop. Their workmanship is excellent. The product looks the same as the online version. I would highly recommend this store. If I’m ever in Victoria, I will be sure to visit.”
