“I got an offer I couldn't refuse and had to cancel the juce account I've had for years. Juce has always been great. Someone useful answers the phone the rare occasions I've called, which is not the case for any other ISP. However, the biggest thing for me is how someone treats you when you stop being a customer. I called today, they authenticated me, I told them I'd like to cancel, they said "when", I said "now", they said "no problem, thank you". There is no other ISP that will do that. Thanks for the great service!”
